SUMMARY

President Roxas’ proclamation of 28 January, granting amnesty to Filipinos accused of political and economic collaboration with the Japanese has, in effect, reversed a logical course of postwar justice: those who actively aided the Japanese occupation are now not only free but may well be in a position to regain control of the government; many of those who opposed the Japanese and aided the US in recovery of the Philippines are in effect subject to persecution despite – or even as a result of – these endeavors.

Several hundred Filipino guerrillas, who opposed the occupation under their own or US leadership, are now in custody and subject to prosecution in the Philippine courts for alleged acts of violence committed during the war as part of their anti-Japanese and anti-collaborationist activities.

With the declaration of amnesty and thus the strengthening of power of the very elements against which most of these acts were perpetrated, it is obvious that Filipino testimony in behalf of accused guerillas will be difficult to obtain.

Testimony of US personnel who participated in Philippine guerilla activities would require both the consent of US citizens to appear in the Philippines AND the Philippine Government (pro-Japanese) acquiescence in their appearance.

The ultimate effect of the amnesty, therefore, may well be detrimental to US interests in the Philippines in that:

Elements suffering from its effects will believe themselves betrayed by the US and thus may reverse their previous loyalty to it; and
FORMER COLLABORATIONISTS who play on extreme Philippine nationalism and are themselves secretly or avowedly ANTI-US are likely to achieve political and economic control.

As of today, we are adding to this list of claims the alleged 3,500 metric tons of gold worth $141 billion, the Aquino III government transferred to Thailand in 22 Dec. 2014 per Central Bank documents* purportedly with Pres. Obama’s approval.

Yesterday 7 Jan. 2017, a set of documents allegedly covering the the transfer of 3,500 metric tons of gold worth $141 billion to Thailand, was released online.

Also, I am adding to this to the list of claims including the sums of money brought to Austria by Marcos crony Hernando Disini. Undetermined amount of money hidden in Russia. During Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo’s term attempts were made to bring these funds out of Russia but Filipino officials were stopped at the airport and prevented from leaving with the money. The funds remained in Russia to this day.

April 7, 2019 – Another addition to the claim is the $2 billion in war reparations and reconstruction funds given to the Roxas & Quirino administrations between 1945 to 1949. A fact-finding team sent by Pres. Truman under Daniel Bell reported that the money was gone and “the new republic is on the verge of bankruptcy.” In the meantime, the oligarchs related to Roxas are now richer than they were before the war.

Jan. 8, 2017 – I was right to join the U.K. Conservatives Abroad in April 2015. Even if Pres. Trump is re-elected & followed by another two-term GOP president eventually a Democrat president will be President.

In the same token even if Hillary R Clinton won & served two terms eventually a GOP will become President. American partisan politics has reached an unhealthy never-ending tit for tat election campaign mode and at a stalemate where nothing is being done not even mentioning the most pressing issues like the national debt which now stands at $19.9 trillion.

This is why I’m pursuing the sovereign Native American status, establishing a government-in-exile for the Philippines, as Freely Associated State under the protection of HM Queen Elizabeth II.

Just remember what was Jesus Christ’s very FIRST commandment. There is a reason the second commandment is only SECOND.

Former President Benigno Aquino III, former Interior Sec. Mar Roxas II, Senator Leila de Lima and four more government officials faced graft and plunder charges after they allegedly transfer gold bars worth $141-Billion to Thailand.

A netizen named Rolando Polasan shared the documents from Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) that went viral on social media.

The documents was signed by BSP Government Tetangco, Senator Franklin Drilon, Senator Leila de Lima, formerFinance Sec. Cesar Purisima and Treasury Dept. Chief dealer Lorelei Fernandez.

It was under the administration of former president Aquino when the 3,500 metric tons of gold was transferred to the Bank of Thailand last December 2014.
