In the description of the above book: Remote Viewers: The Secret History of America’s Psychic Spies. it states: “These psychic spies, or ‘remote viewers,’ were able to infiltrate any target, elude any form of security, and never risk a scratch.”
That is not exactly true. Actually, it is very taxing on the family and relationships, especially if they do not believe or understand remote viewing. Ironically, those on the opposite ends of the theistic spectrum are together in rejecting the effective use of remote viewing. One side does not believe it works while the other think it is sinister. When did saving lives using God-given gifts become a sin?
Below are pages 44 & 45 from Lyn Buchanan’s book “The Seventh Sense: The Secrets of Remote Viewing . . .” Through channels, they were ordered to go back in time and pinpoint where the bomb was placed that blew Pan Am Fl 103 out of the sky over Lockerbie on Dec. 21, 1988. So in Remote Viewing it is possible to could go back in time and see the precise moment the bomb on board Pan Am Fl 103 was detonated.
Another Remote Viewer, Maj. Ed Dames’ was asked what was his greatest Remote Viewing success and he said : “Uncovering lost treasures like the Ark of the Covenant.” But Maj. Dames considered “just keeping the military Psi Spy program alive as long as we did” as a distinct success because so many opposed to the program wanted to shut it down.
Now Lyn Buchanan and Ed Dames did their respective jobs while serving in the regular US Army unit. In my group’s case, we didn’t have the support structure of the government and so we operated much like a militia such that teammates come and go as they please. Since Ed Dames’ topic is about treasures and the past, here’s some treasures that I’ve uncovered mostly using remote viewing.
Below is the only documentation I have identifying and myselfas a remote viewer couple. I do not know of any other remote viewer couple.
This is a series of email exchanges with a Stanford Alumni and member of the Stanford group of independent consultants. I explained that my remote viewing is limited only to “tangos” and nut jobs . I should have added the History of Native Americans in the Philippines. [At this time (10/24/2017), I wasn’t comfortable to mention that I use remote viewing to protect the men and women in uniform.]
On Oct. 24, 2017 I added a statement defining the scope of my remote viewing to include the History of Native Americans in the Philippines. (See bottom portion of page 3, the last page.) Actually I have not been doing any remote viewing since August or Sept. 2017.

Also, I have to set aside a certain amount for our group of remote viewers who are from all over the world and support staff including funding for Jenna Davis’s future projects in the Philippines. A special fund set aside for Crown Princess Victoria of Sweden, Duchess of Västergötland I would like to set aside a special fund for the orphans and children of the Philippines under the direction and control HRH Princess Madeleine Therese Amelie of Sweden.
In gratitude for the USA coming to the aid and support of the U.K. during WWII, we shall make the ENTIRE PHILIPPINES AN AMERICAN BATTLE MONUMENT!
In a March 15, 2015, Roy Domenico introduced a potential WAIS Villa
in Tuscany (See Photo below). On March 17, I countered
with a proposal to have a WAIS Headquarters in the West Coast “as soon as a
substantial portion of my claim has been released.”
Regarding a WAIS Villa in Tuscany, I would prefer to have a WAIS West Coast HQ in Southern California, where the weather is nice and warm like San Diego or Newport Beach. Santa Barbara or up north in the San Francisco Bay Area would also be nice. This will be my priority as soon as I have a freely associated state, Native American status and/or a government-in-exile for the Philippines.Of course this would come after a substantial amount of my claim has been released.
1. We hereby claim among others, restitution for the financial, economic and other damages as Native Americans & victims of the Filipino Genocide also known as the Philippine War 1899-1902.

Leaked diplomatic documents in Wikileaks showed the
United States has a special interest in the natural resources in Mindanao and
the ending of the armed conflict in the region, giving credence to a suspicion
that the United States is prodding the Aquino administration’s peace efforts
with the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF), including brokering the recent
secret meeting between MILF spokesman Al Haj Murad and President Aquino.
Wikileaks
obtained documents dated February 2006 or prior to the botched signing of the
Memorandum of Agreement on Ancestral Domain (MoA-AD) on Aug. 5, 2008 showing
extensive reference to the untapped rich mineral resources of Mindanao and
tensions in the region which hinder the exploitation of these resources.
The
leaked cable from the US embassy in Manila made particular reference to the
so-called Liguasan Marsh in the Cotabato Basin spanning 288,000 hectares and is
among areas controlled by the MILF.
The Department of
Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) has already identified natural gas and
oil deposits in three areas of Mindanao and the Sulu Archipelago: the Cotabato
Basin, the Davao-Agusan Basin; and an area straddling Tawi-Tawi and Sulu. The
Cotabato Basin, notably, includes the 288,000 hectare Liguasan Marsh,
straddling the provinces of Maguindanao, North Cotabato, and Sultan Kudurat,

I don’t
think Aquino III is after any Corona’s, the Arroyos’ or Marcoses assets in the
Philippines or abroad. Below is the real story behind Iggy
Arroyo’s trip to London for “liver check-up”
If Aquino III is after the money Gloria M. Arroyo
has looted from the Philippine treasury, WAIS
Chairman Cameron Sawyer who based in Russia, has given an idea where it went as
early as June 02, 2011. Note that Iggy Arroyo, Gloria’s brother-in-law went to
London in Aug. 2011 two months after
Cameron Sawyer’s post. Cameron and I met in a conference in England last July
2011.
“Every Russian oligarch has at least
a house in London, and many of them live there permanently. There they rub
elbows with their counterparts from India, China, the whole Arab world,
Southeast Asia (Iggy Arroyo?), and much of the rest of the world. The
beneficiary is the UK economy–when they decide to take their companies public,
they naturally do it in London, where they feel at home.”

I am claiming the former German possessions in the Pacific on behalf of HM Queen Elizabeth II considering that those territories were purchased by Kaiser Wilhelm II who was the first cousin of King George V, HM Queen Elizabeth II’s grandfather.

With regards to my dual citizenship & a member of the Conservatives (U.K.), I forgot to mention one very good example was the 23rd Governor of Nevada, the late Donal Neil “Mike” O’Callaghan (09/10/1929 – 03/05/2004)
23rd Governor of Nevada – In office Jan. 4, 1971 – Jan. 1, 1979
*Excerpt: “Mike O’Callaghan (QEPD), a former US Marine that lost a leg in Korea, once Governor of Nevada* that was both my mentor and mentor of Senator Harry Reid, *was a reserve volunteer Sergeant in the IsraeI Defense Forces that went there to help repair tanks once a year.*
WAISer Timothy Brown is a former Marine and later a Diplomat. After the Iran-Contra problem,Tim Brown took over Col. Oliver North’s position as SLO (Senior Liaison Officer) for the Contras. He worked in Central America long enough that he became very good friends with the communists some of whom are Sandinistas. I strongly recommend his book Diplomarine.
In one WAIS discussion on Obama’s birth certificate, it was Tim Brown’s clarification as to the difference between a US national and a US citizen that led me to research and discover that Filipinos are in fact US nationals “until July 4, 1946” as Pres. Truman reiterated in his Feb. 20, 1946 “38 – Statement by the President Concerning Provisions in Bill Affecting Philippine Army Veterans” 38 Statement was in reply to the Rescission Act of 1946 that the US Senate of the 79th Congress passed that retroactively declared the military service of more than 260,000 Filipino WWII veterans “NOT ACTIVE SERVICE” and denied Filipino WWII veterans the military benefits they were promised when they signed up to serve for the only country they knew.
In this post, former Consul General Tim Brown says that Americans could legally be a citizen of 2 or 3 or even 5 different countries, as long as you do not vote in any of these country, except the US. Voting in a foreign country is considered “expatriative act” and grounds for losing US citizenship.
Excerpt: “To make the story a bit shorter, she was legally a citizen of five countries, including the US. She was Israeli because she had automatically become an Israeli citizen when her parents immigrated to Israel. She was also a German because of her father, French because of her mother, British because of her wartime husband, but perhaps still a US citizen.
Can a US citizen also be a citizen of another country–or two, or three, or more? YES. ‘Nuf said.”
If you look at the analyst job postings at CIA a quick summary will show: “US citizenship required (dual national US citizens are eligible)” Dual nationals could work at CIA.
The 51st Death Anniversary of Sir Winston Spencer Churchill
24 Jan. 2016
Today is the 51st death anniversary of Sir Winston Leonard Spencer-Churchill KG, OM, CH, TD, DL, FRS, RA (30 November 1874 – 24 January 1965)
Sir Winston Churchill, the GREATEST STATESMAN of all time.
When the Tydings–McDuffie Act, [officially the Philippine Independence Act (Pub.L. 73–127, 48 Stat. 456)] was enacted on March 24, 1934 Sir Winston Churchill warned against the abandonment of the Philippines saying:“The national duty, dignity and honour of the United States are at stake.”
Later during the conference on Aug. 13-14, 1941 that produced the Atlantic Charter, FDR made it clear that he was after the dismantling of the British Empire. FDR did not consider the consequences of giving independence to the former colonies and one U.S. territory, the Philippines, most of which were not ready for self-rule.
Seventy-three years after the Philippines was granted independence, the people never wanted or were consulted about, the Philippines then the only Christian country in Asia is now hell on earth. Where people had to look overseas for decent-paying jobs.
Excerpt from The Other War: FDR’s Battle Against Churchill and the British Empire by L. Wolfe – Printed in The American Almanac, August 28, 1995. Pages 10 & 11
Churchill: “|`You mentioned India,’ he [Churchill] growled.
Roosevelt: “|`Yes, I [Roosevelt] can’t believe that we can fight a war against fascist slavery, and at the same time not work to free people all over the world from a backward colonial policy.’
Churchill: “|`What about the Philippines?’
Roosevelt: “|`I am glad you mentioned them. They get their independence*, you know, in 1946. And they’ve gotten modern sanitation, modern education, their rate of illiteracy has gone steadily down…”

From wikipedia:
The eight principal points of the Atlantic Charter were:
no territorial gains were to be sought by the United States or the United Kingdom;
territorial adjustments must be in accord with the wishes of the peoples concerned;
there was to be disarmament of aggressor nations, and a common disarmament after the war.
Although Clause Three clearly states that all peoples have the right to decide their form of government*, it fails to say what changes are necessary in both social and economic terms, so as to achieve freedom and peace.[9] “
Treaties signed with the USA rarely have an effective monitoring system to ensure parties comply with the terms of the treaty. A case in point is the chaos in Hong Kong. The 1997 Treaty handing turning over Hong Kong to the People’s Republic of China requires a 50-year grace period for smooth transition. Dubbed “One Country Two Systems, Hong Kong was given 50 years to continue living under the British system.
But Beijing could not wait and almost immediately started treating Hong Kong like a spoil of war, the Cold War. It should be noted that from the very beginning of the negotiations, points 1, 2 and 3 of the Atlantic Charter have been ignored. The people of Hong Kong, like the natives of the Philippines were never consulted if they wanted to be ruled by communist China and cease to be a British Crown Colony.
Another case is the agreement FDR made with Josef Stalin with regards to the post-WWII administration of Eastern Europe. Stalin reneged on his promise to promote democracy and instead placed communist comrades in these respective countries while off non-communist nationalists were executed or imprisoned. Washington DC rarely have an effective system to see to it that agreements are followed.
Still another case is Ukraine’s turn over of nuclear warheads under the Budapest Memorandum on Security Assurances that Pres. Bill Clinton signed on Dec. 5, 1994.
This is why we have the problems in Ukraine, Hong Kong and even ISIS was created by Washington DC’s failure to develop a viable closure to “Liberate Iraq Act of 1998” passed by the 105th Congress on Oct. 5, 1998 and signed into law by Pres. Bill Clinton on Oct. 31, 1998.
While the US Congress is one of the biggest sources of solutions, it seems to create more problems than it solves.
We could form or support a nonprofit that would study and anticipate the SEEFITS* of pending and newly passed laws .

I first mentioned doing a SEEFITS in a WAIS post and in the aftermath of the 2008 Financial Crisis that many believes was created by the US Congress.

This refers to Winston Churchill’s objection to the abandonment of the Philippines which I’ve promptly claimed in the name of HM Queen Elizabeth II and HRH Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh as Prince of Denmark.
I shall save for later the third a most important reason why I as a Native American CANZUK Monarchist sought the protection and dominion of HM Queen Elizabeth II.
On United Nations Special Committee on Decolonization list of potential “colonies” that still maintain ‘non-autonomies’ or colonial status are:
1) United Kingdom: Anguilla, Bermuda, Gibraltar, Caiman Islands, Malvinas Islands, Turks and Caicos, Virgin Island, Monserrat, Pitcairn, Santa Helena.
2) United States of America: Guam, Virgin Islands, Samoa.
================================
Since when is handing over a previously uninhabited group of islands like the Falklands Islands to a remnant of the failed Spanish Empire, Argentina, “decolonization”.
Since when is handing over a U.S. territory, the Philippines, to ethnic Chinese and ethnic Spaniards, “decolonization.”
Would Washington DC object if California, Colorado, Nevada, Utah, Arizona, New Mexico and Florida are handed over back to present-day Mexico?
How about if Alaska is handed back to Russia and not to Native Alaskans? Would Washington DC FINALLY SAY SOMETHING?
In 1934 Churchill spoke out against the abandonment of my ancestral land the Philippines, then a U.S. territory (not a colony) and warned that “the national duty, dignity and honour of the United States were at stake.”
He didn’t know then that 25 trillion cubic meters (900 trillion cubic feet) of natural gas would be discovered in the Spratlys. This is why China is grabbing the Spratlys.

Or that the US will discover there’s $1 trillion worth of unexplored minerals in Mindanao Island alone. And this is why Malaysia is trying to grab Mindanao.
Sir Winston Churchill had no idea the Philippines possesses huge geothermal resources all of which my late wife Maria G. Macario helped discover, explore and in most cases develop and manage.
Or that Benham Rising would be discovered in the 21st century.
Benham Rise, also known as Benham Plateau, is a 13-million hectare undersea region east of Luzon. It is enclosed by the coordinates 119°30’E to 132°00’E and 12°10’N to 20°30’N latitude. Bigger than Luzon, the 13-M hectare Benham Rise has been approved by the UN as part of Philippine territory. Benham Rise: The Philippines’ new territory off Aurora province.
Sir Winston Churchill’s objection was based on pure conviction of what good leadership and administration is all about.

“We Shall Make the Entire Philippines An American Battle Monument!”
-MEG Macario Foundation, Mar. 26, 2013
With regards to the government in exile for the Philippines based
in London, U.K. I have decided that the participation and involvement of the
following couples would be indispensable: (In alphabetical order)
Tony and Margaret Abbott
David and Samantha Cameron
Brittany S. Lark
On Oct. 11, 2015, I made a promise to Phyllis Gardner, Professor
at Stanford School of Medicine that I shall make a donation to help select
Stanford graduates of the School of Medicine, among others.
Also, I have to set aside a certain sum for our group of remote
viewers and support staff.
In a March 15, 2015, Roy Domenico introduced a potential WAIS Villa
in Tuscany (See Photo below). On March 17, I countered
with a proposal to have a WAIS Headquarters in the West Coast “as soon as a
substantial portion of my claim has been released.”

California? (Bienvenido Macario, USA, 03/17/15 10:09 am)
Regarding a
WAIS Villa in Tuscany, I would prefer to have a WAIS West Coast HQ in
Southern California, where the weather is nice and warm like San Diego or Newport Beach. Santa
Barbara or up north in the San Francisco Bay Area would also be nice. This will be my priority as soon as I have
a freely associated state, Native American status and/or a government-in-exile
for the Philippines.Of course this would come after
a substantial amount of my claim has been released.

The following is my claim as of Sunday 15 March 2015 as presented
in my website under the title:
We hereby claim among others, restitution
for the financial, economic and other damages as Native Americans & victims

[Mindanao is known as “The of Promise”. The promise of all the promises. Treasures, Land of God, the Lost Paradise, The lost garden of Eden and the land of the last judgment in earth. Bible scholars even pointed the Mindanao as the land of promise of all promises. One verse of the Bible quoted “The God’s kingdom will rise again in the east of the east seas where the Sun will rises first, in the white sand shores where the only land which people are willing to live and die for praising my name ”.]
Leaked diplomatic documents in Wikileaks showed the United States has a special interest in the natural resources in Mindanao and the ending of the armed conflict in the region, giving credence to a suspicion that the United States is prodding the Aquino administration’s peace efforts with the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF), including brokering the recent secret meeting between MILF spokesman Al Haj Murad and President Aquino.
Wikileaks obtained documents dated February 2006 or prior to the botched signing of the Memorandum of Agreement on Ancestral Domain (MoA-AD) on Aug. 5, 2008 showing extensive reference to the untapped rich mineral resources of Mindanao and tensions in the region which hinder the exploitation of these resources.
The leaked cable from the US embassy in Manila made particular reference to the so-called Liguasan Marsh in the Cotabato Basin spanning 288,000 hectares and is among areas controlled by the MILF.
The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) has already identified natural gas and oil deposits in three areas of Mindanao and the Sulu Archipelago: the Cotabato Basin, the Davao-Agusan Basin; and an area straddling Tawi-Tawi and Sulu. The Cotabato Basin, notably, includes the 288,000 hectare Liguasan Marsh, straddling the provinces of Maguindanao, North Cotabato, and Sultan Kudurat, according to the cable.

21.) World Bank Loans to the Philippines from Oct. 2011 to July 2013 totaling $4 billion for disaster preparation and recovery. When Typhoon Haiyan devastated Central Philippines on Nov. 8, 2013, there were no preparations. During the rescue and recovery efforts, it became obvious that there were no funds for the relief of the typhoon victims. Thousands of dead bodies littered the disaster area for weeks, even months after the typhoon.

On Feb. 25, 1986, Marcos was toppled by “People Power” and Cory Aquino became de-facto president by 1987 Cory Aquino formed the PCGG Presidential Commission on Good Government, in charge of recovering ill-gotten wealth from the Marcoses, their relatives, cronies and politicians. Among the “recovered” assets from the Marcoses were seven (7) Canaletto paintings of Venice and 122 other priceless paintings by Italian Masters.
In 2005 Ricardo Abcede was appointed the new PCGG Chairman who rushed the sale of these priceless paintings sold the same at Christie’s of London for $16 million.
Later, on July 7, 2005, The Guardian reported that Christie’s of London sold one Canaletto painting for $11.5 million. Art Daily News said another Canaletto painting as being sold at $20 million. I don’t think Aquino III is after any Corona’s, the Arroyos’ or Marcoses assets in the Philippines or abroad. Below is the real story behind Iggy Arroyo’s trip to London for “liver check-up”
If Aquino III is after the money Gloria M. Arroyo has looted from the Philippine treasury, WAIS Chairman Cameron Sawyer who based in Russia, has given an idea where it went as early as June 02, 2011. Note that Iggy Arroyo, Gloria’s brother-in-law went to London in Aug. 2011 two months after Cameron Sawyer’s post. Cameron and I met in a conference in England last July 2011.
“Every Russian oligarch has at least a house in London, and many of them live there permanently. There they rub elbows with their counterparts from India, China, the whole Arab world, Southeast Asia (Iggy Arroyo?), and much of the rest of the world. The beneficiary is the UK economy–when they decide to take their companies public, they naturally do it in London, where they feel at home.”

There were 51 Medal of Honor recipients who earned the distinction defending and liberating the Philippines in WWII. Of these, thirty-one (31) were awarded posthumously.Because Japanese collaborators retained power even after WWII, few Filipinos and even Americans know about the heroism and sacrifices of these men. 1st Lt. Alexander R. Nininger, Jr. “A” Co. 57th Infantry, Philippine Scouts, US Army, was the first American soldier to win the Congressional Medal of Honor in WWII but his name and
exploits is virtually unknown in the U.S. and in the Philippines.
Seventy years after the end of WWII, on 26 Aug. 2015, Forbes Magazine listed the 50 richest “Filipinos” whose combined net worth totaled $73.1 billion. Yet none of them has been credited with any invention, development or discovery with which they could associate their wealth. Remember after WWII everyone in the Philippines was poor.
This is for the heads of state of 21 member-countries going to the APEC summit in the Philippines on November 18 and 19, 2015.
The Philippines is very rich in natural resources. In 1972 the population was around 38 million. We used to say: “Stick a broom anywhere in the ground and it will grow back and yield a-plenty.” (Magtapon ka ng binhi kahit saan tutubo at mamumunga.)
Fast forward to…today. In the Philippines people are eating food they dig out of the garbage.Other than taking one’s own life, the poor in the Philippines have three choices: 1) Leave the country. 2) Work as a prostitute or lead a life of crime. 3) Eat garbage, literally.
These are the best approaches to philanthropy in the Philippines, in my opinion. Notice they are not Americans.Uploaded on Sep 3, 2009
“When Briton Jane Walker first saw children rummaging through trash heaps while on a trip to the Philippines in 1996, she decided to do something about it. Employing about 100 people, Walker helps improve the lives of thousands of children and their families who otherwise would be forced to eke out a living picking through Manila’s garbage dumps.
How can the International community allow the 50 richest “Filipinos” to continue amassing so much wealth while majority of the natives of the Philippines are starving and reduced to eating garbage?
Another item, from 2012:“Having to give birth to your children on a rubbish dump is squalor that shocks. The only anchor of hope on a burning Philippine refuse tip is the priest and SVD missionary Fr. Heinz Kulüke from Germany.”
Excerpt: “I buried 17 children myself in one week.”–Fr. Heinz Kuluke of Steyler Mission
Most Filipinos fall into four types: 1) the brainwashed; 2) those with Stockholm syndrome; 3) the indifferent ones. 4) Combination of the three. I’m sure by now many Filipinos have the “Stockholm-Manila Syndrome” that started in 1946. It is a syndrome in which the victims, in this case Filipinos, end up loving their abusers the oligarchs, their politicians, the politicians’ relatives and friends, and the oligarchs’ cronies. And they hate the Americans and European missionaries.“Stockholm-Manila syndrome” is really the better designation for Filipinos instead of just “Stockholm syndrome,” which psychologists are more familiar with. Filipinos love their abusers–this is the “Stockholm Syndrome”–and hate those who genuinely care and help them–this is the “Manila Syndrome.”
JE comments: The sad lot of the Philippines’ garbage-dump residents reminds one of Mexico’s “pepenadores,” who have developed a complex culture among the rubbish. Bienvenido: what is the Tagalog term to refer to these people? Is the “Manila Syndrome” limited to the Philippines? Might we say there is a universal human trait to resent your benefactors–even when you are outwardly thankful?
