Hello,
I would like to give an update. First on the Foundation. We have submitted the application for tax exempt status with California’s Franchise Tax Board Form 3900a along with the determination letter from IRS.
At this point, I am seeking ideas on fundraising; how to start up & carry out the Foundation’s goals of education and research. I’d appreciate your input. Perhaps I need to see lawyers who are experienced in start-ups and nonprofits.
On a personal note, I have acquired dual citizenship in April 2015 and joined the U.K. Conservative Party. While I am actively promoting Her Majesty’s interests through the Conservative Party, I dare not vote and lose my US citizenship which would result in a hefty exit tax slap on one’s assets in the U.S.
While I do not have assets in my name, as a Native American, I have superior claim over the Philippines and its natural resources. Now once I am officially recognized as a Native American from the Philippines, non-Native Americans will have the same property rights in the oil, gas and minerals-rich Philippines as you do here in the continental U.S.A., Alaska, Hawaii and other U.S. territories.
For a complete list of my claim, go to: WAIS Headquarters in the West Coast

Below is one claim I have that perhaps lawyers in SICN forum might want to examine:
On April 5,1986, deposed Pres. Ferdinand Marcos appeared on ABC’s Nightline with Ted Koppel. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=am6yH6IlQtg
At 00:01 Marcos said: “But I can tell you of this, that we never spend government funds for our personal purpose, if we did we replace them immediately.”
“I may have committed many sins in my life. But stealing money from the people, from the government, is not one of them.”

So, based on former Pres. Marcos’ declaration during his interview with Ted Koppel, the money I found*** couldn’t belong to him, his relatives, cronies, politicians, friends or anyone of from his family.
My claim as it appeared on the July 30, 2014 WAIS post: More Monetary Shenanigans in Philippines (Bienvenido Macario, USA, 07/30/14 1:05 am)

“Bienvenido Macario writes:
I never gave a full answer to the “bonus” question posted earlier this month, namely, why do you think certain countries (Germany and France) did not give a penny to the Philippines’ Typhoon Haiyan relief?
Germany didn’t give a penny probably because Marcos’s heirs Irene Marcos-Araneta and husband Greggy Araneta reportedly tried to transfer at least ***$13.2 billion from the Union Bank of Switzerland (UBS) Account no. 885931***, into a new account with Deutsche Bank at Koenigsallee 54, Dusseldorf, in February 2001. The account number Deustche Bank assigned was 7690779. The Marcos couple tried to negotiate for several days visiting the bank five times from February 12 to 20, 2001. An anti-money laundering task force was watching them.”
But my main claim is the pre-war Philippine treasury asset of “some two million dollars in gold bullion and $360,000 in silver.”
–20 tons of gold bars and silver pesos
–319 40-pound gold bars and 630 bags each containing 1,000 silver pesos.
These were shipped to San Francisco in the ballast tanks of the submarine USS Trout. The Trout reached Pearl Harbor on 3 March 1942, the submarine transferred her valuable ballast to the cruiser USS Detroit (CL-8).
I hope to use these funds, among others, to finance the repossession of my ancestral land, the Philippines, as a Native American and establish a government-in-exile for the Philippines based in London, UK.

The MEG Macario Foundation shall help fund charitable activities such as the lessening the burdens of government, advancement of education or science, eliminating prejudice and discrimination, defending human and civil rights secured by law, relief of the poor, the distressed, or the underprivileged; educational programs and faith-based activities (advancement of religion), among others.
The Foundation’s specific objectives:
Among others, as a Native American, I am claiming all the geothermal resources in the Philippines that my late wife discovered and explored now owned by overbearing non-natives who are in fact ethnic Chinese and ethnic Spaniards.
4.) All the geothermal resources areas in the Philippines my late wife Maria Elena G. Macario has explored, now taken over by ethnic Chinese and ethnic Spaniards.
