Nicolas Aldana: Native American

“A lot of times, people don’t know what they want until you show it to them.”

  — Steve Jobs – BusinessWeek, May 25, 1998

In real estate, as a rule of thumb, owner-occupied homes do not depreciate as badly as rentals. Under the Treaty of Paris of 1898, for $20 million Spain ceded the Philippines along with Puerto Rico and Guam to the U.S. We are native to those islands. But the U.S. government has abandoned it. So now it is being trashed. Non-paying occupants almost always trash other people’s lands.

After I have presented my qualifications for federal recognition as Native American, in this post, next is proving that the 1946 republic of the Philippines founded on lies, treason and dishonor, is in fact null & void.

Here’s an excerpt from one of the several WAIS posts regarding my quest for Native American status, among others:

“The inhabitants of land purchased by the US from 1803 automatically became Native Americans. This is the status I am seeking for the people of the Philippines, and in the process we are willing to give to the US Federal government the right, power and authority to take good care of our natural resources, especially because it has been proven beyond any doubt that Filipinos have turned the tropical islands into a massive environmental disaster.”

[Would you believe Pres. Obama turned this down in Nov. 2008 and in May 2010 endorsed Aquino III who clearly cheated in that election! See: Philippines – Has Pres. Obama Sold Out the Philippines? (Bienvenido Macario, USA) Sun, May 20, 2012]

Against the opinion of the U.S. Military, my maternal great grandfather Nicolas Aldana and three (3) others were executed on 12 Dec. 1901. Eleven months BEFORE the Brigandage Act of 1902 was made into law. The Brigandage Act of Nov. 12, 1902 interpreted all acts of armed resistance to American rule as banditry.

Nicolas Aldana was married to Ana Quilatan a land owner.  THIS IS THE MAIN BASIS OF MY CLAIM FOR NATIVE AMERICAN STATUS. OVER AND ABOVE THE OBJECTION OF THE U.S. MILITARY, Nicolas Aldana and three (3) others were executed on trumped up charges in the mistaken belief that Aguinaldo’s pledge of allegiance would stop all resistance against the U.S. occupation.

The problem here is on Aug. 1, 1899 – Municipal Home-Rule for the Filipinos & organizing the Local Government at Las Piñas was already in place when Aguinaldo was captured on 23 March 1901 as reported in Harper’s Weekly – History of the War in the Philippines Aug. 1, 1899.

The claim in the newspaper article that Aguinaldo feared retaliation for the death of Antonio Luna is simply wrong because Antonio Luna is from Ilocos Norte.  Aguinaldo wanted bodyguards  for his visit to Kawit, Cavite.  To reach Kawit, Cavite Aguinaldo must pass through Las Piñas.

Therefore it was Emilio Aguinaldo who sought the execution of my great grandfather Nicolas Aldana as evidence of Aguinaldo’s request for bodyguards when was released in July 1902.

The Bandolerism Act which proclaimed all captured resistance fighters or insurgents to be tried in court as bandits, ladrones, and robbers was passed by the Philippine Commission on November 12, 1902, eleven months after Nicolas Aldana and three others were executed for murder.

Reading General Order No. 344 dated Nov. 7, 1901 signed by Maj. Gen. Adna R. Chafee, it appears that Nicolas Aldana and his men were tried as NATIVES in “before the Committee on the Philippines IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.” In other words as NATIVES of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA they were tried, convicted and sentenced by a U.S. military tribunal as bandits which laid the basis for the future Bandolerism Act passed on Nov. 12, 1902 by the Philippine Commission.

Below are the two pages of General Orders No. 344 sentencing to death my maternal great grandfather Nicolas Aldana and three of his men. Note the charge or “specification” stated “This in time of INSURRECTION, at or near a barrio of Las Pinias, P.I. (Philippine Islands) a place under the military government of the United States, on or about the month of January 1901.”

During the Spanish regime, only pure blooded Spaniards were allowed to own real estate. Mestizos usually half Chinese and half Spaniards could only lease farmlands they operate from the Dominicans as was the case of Dr. Jose Rizal’s parents. Land Survey for Heirs of Ana Quilatan p2

To show the political influence of the second generation Aldana (father: Nicolas Aldana R.I.P. 12/12/1901) in Las Pinas, Philippine Territory, below is the Supreme Court decision upholding Elias Aldana’s re-election as mayor of Las Pinas. At that time “El Presidente” is the title for mayor reflective of Spanish influence. Elias Aldana is the oldest son of Nicolas Aldana (RIP 12/12/1901). Other children were Vicente Q. Aldana & Margarita Q. Aldana my maternal grandmother married to Apolonio Cuevas Cosme of Talaba, Bacoor, Cavite.

I refer you to my WAIS post commemorating the infamous “Bataan Death March in 1942 of which my father Jose R. Macario my mother’s brother Uncle Cenon Cosme and her cousin Constancio Cosme participated in the second Death March after the fall of Corregidor on May 6, 1942.

Pres. Aquino III feted with ‘powhiri’ welcome in New Zealand 10-24-12

“And now the “shared history of defense links between the Philippines and New Zealand during World War II or “The Strange Case of WWII “Victory” in the Philippines.

“The President noted that the Philippines was one of the two largest producers of geothermal power, but it was New Zealand that provided the Philippines help in harnessing this power source in the 1970s.

Early in the day, two private companies—Energy Development Corp. (EDC) of the Philippines (Lopez owned) and GNS Science of New Zealand—signed a separate business deal in the presence of Mr. Aquino in Auckland, his first stop in this state visit that took him to Wellington later in the day.”

Remote Viewing Samples: Update: 2008 3rd Season 09/23/08

April 7, 2013

I’m thinking there’s a certain amount of confusion between financial and economic forecast/calls i.e. the estimates when an economic or financial event will occur and the  same actually happening (call) on one hand and what Ingo Swann of Stanford Research Institute called remote viewing or what most would refer to as psychic espionage.

Going back to economic and financial calls like: when the sub prime meltdown will start; when it will impact Europe (9/27/07) or when recession will hit the U.S. in 2008. Or the recession will hit Europe on Sept. 20,2012, I am confident how I come up with the dates and calculations could be explained. I am even thinking of teaching how this is done.

But right now, my priority is getting my consulting business up and running and getting a job in Orange County.

Below are samples of my remote viewing. I’ve tried to read and do the exercises in Lyn Buchanan’s book “The Seventh Sense” but wasn’t quite successful. I needed someone to explain the exercises to me. I understand a lot of these remote viewing methods and processes are still highly classified.
