Ten of 50 richest “Filipinos” as of 26 Aug. 2015

Here are the ten of 50 richest “Filipinos” as of 26 Aug. 2015 with a combined net worth of $73.1 billion bigger than the $72 billion debt of Puerto Rico. Something is terribly wrong in Washington DC. And to think the solution is based on HOPE in the election of either Hillary Clinton or Donald Trump. HOPE is not the best solution. It is not even a strategy. Now you know why Steve Harvey’s mistake on 21 Dec. 2015 is not a coincidence? It is a warning of the possible end of the United States of America. By the way, do you think World Bank Pres. Jim Yong Kim should be put on suicide watch? Forbes 2015 10 Richest 'Filipinos' 08-26-15

Just remember that immediately after World War II, everyone in the Philippines was poor. So how did the oligarchs get rich?

Excerpt: The oligarchs and the two million richest in the Philippines never invented, developed or (scientifically) discovered anything even remotely associated to their obviously ill-gotten wealth are desperately trying to find ways to explain where and how they managed to amass such an obscene amount of wealth.  One way is money laundering. And my late wife’s accomplishments are the perfect target. I digress.

None of the Ocho Derecho candidates were elected to the Senate.

Yesterday (19 August) was Pres. Bill Clinton’s 69th birthday.

Below is my birthday greeting to Pres. Bill Clinton.

August 19, 2015

Dear President Bill Clinton,

I wish you a very Happy Birthday! As soon as I repossess my ancestral land, the Philippines I shall invite you, First Lady Hillary Clinton, Chelsea and her family over to the Philippines ASAP.

For now, however, I am in the process of establishing a government-in-exile for my ancestral land (the Philippines) based in London, UK, and as a Native American.

I wish you and the family the best.

Sincerely,

Bienvenido Macario

JE comments: For some time WAISers have been aware of Bienvenido Macario’s efforts to establish a government-in-exile for his native Philippines. How exactly does one go about that? WAISers would be interested to learn the particulars. It would seem that before anything, you need some powerful (read: rich) sponsors. All politics work that way.

German Genocide in Namibia; U.S. Genocide in Philippines (1899-1902)

The Herero genocide in Namibia was the first massacre of the 20th century. I’d like to add the one-sided battles in the Philippine War (1899 -1902), where Filipino troops were virtually massacred by US Troops. The intended result of the Kaiser’s men was no different from the massacres and genocide of Native American tribes in the 19th century. Anglo-Americans figured if they wipe out the buffaloes, the Native American tribes would follow. And they were right.

Among the massacres and killings of the 21st century, what stands out was the election-related Maguindanao Massacre in the Philippines in Nov. 2009, where 57 people were killed. See my WAIS post:
