LIST OF MY PAPERS

In  2014, I offered my papers to the USA posted under Happy Birthday America! but there were no takers. Things happen for a reason. The first two papers Real Estate Forecast 15 Dec. 2006 and “The Great Recession”  I tracked and predicted when the subprime crisis will begin; reach the EU Zone (see: 2007 – The Perfect Storm Over Europe Sept. 28, 2007 ); come back to the US and start The Great Recession (Apr. 8, 2008)  that led to the greatest financial crisis since the Great Depression.

I intend to bring these same papers to the U.K. get them published and distributed. If I could pick those American states that should benefit from these papers, I’d pick Missouri, the home state of Pres. Truman who reiterated that Filipinos are US nationals until July 4, 1946 per his Statement on Feb. 20, 1946; the state of Colorado, Iowa and Texas.

Of course in Asia, Australian Monarchists will have priority over these papers especially no.8 “The Rise of Silicon Valley”. Any state, country, investor, educator, industrialist and businessman interested in the replication of the Silicon Valley should listen to Martin Packard.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY AMERICA!

1.)  Real Estate Forecast 15 Dec. 2006 Impact date: 15 March 2007 (The subprime meltdown)

2.)    The Great Recession – Forecast Dec. 15, 2007

3.)  Zero Sum Game of Global Finance 5th Edition 12/11/12

4.) “The Perfect Storm” as posted on WAIS Oct. 18, 2009

5.)   Paper No. VIII: Original E-mail dated May 21, 2004 updated Fri. Nov. 16, 2012

6.)  Winston Churchill and the Wealth of the Philippines. Churchill practically saved the Philippines, an abandoned U.S. territory for Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. Through research and remote viewing,  I merely followed up and documented Winston Churchill’s moral and political convictions.

7.)  Category: Remote Viewing

8.) The Rise of Silicon Valley – Martin Packard PhD ’49 Stanford

WORK EXPERIENCE

The Maria Elena G. Macario Foundation a 501(c)(3) entity

dba Lemuria Corporation; Nicolas Aldana Native American Tribe

Founder and Treasurer April 1995 – Present

  • Secured the 501 (c)(3) tax exempt status as a private foundation effective July 18, 2016.
  • Performed research on World History, financial and economic history, education and religion in preparation for the petition for Native American status under the 2015 guidelines per U.S. Dept. of the Interior’s most recent communication. Remember as soon as I am officially granted Native American status, automatically non-Native Americans will have the same property and other rights in the oil, gas and mineral-rich Philippines as they have here in the continental U.S.A. Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. territories.
  • Continuously helping to lessen the burden of government through remote viewing.
  • Prepared and submitted the form FTB3500, the application for tax exemption to Franchise Tax Board of California.
  • Maintains the books of the nonprofit.
  • Established dba’s for the nonprofit with Lemuria Corporation and Nicolas Aldana Native American Tribe as the primary dba.

Accomplishments: As a sovereign Native American, secured the release of an American citizen and her husband, a British national, from a Chinese prison in June 2015. At that time neither the U.S. government nor the British government could help the imprisoned couple.

At the request of Prof. Ronald Hilton, performed a thorough independent third-party due diligence for the Hewlett Packard -Compaq merger in March 2002.

On Monday Oct. 12 2015, after he discussed what would have been Martin Packard’s presentation: “The Rise of Silicon Valley at the 2015 WAIS Conference, we discussed a wide range of topics centered on the new economy the tech industry has created. In an email dated Oct. 18, 2015, Martin wrote that the 2015 Nobel Prize for economics went to an economist who wrote about the same topics we were examining.

Firmly established our status as Native Americans from the Philippines with the discovery of the Law review from the University of Pennsylvania’s Dept. of Law dated April 1900 granting the Natives of the Philippines the same rights and privileges as that of the Natives of Alaska. Therefore, upon official recognition, non-Native Americans should also have the same rights and privileges in the Philippines as they do here in the continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, and other U.S. territories.

Reply from the US Department of the Interior – Petition for Native American Status

Formerly Lemuria Corporation, after the death of my late wife, all my past, present and future research works on history, marketing, business, economics, and finance domestic as well as international were combined with her papers and accomplishments to form part of The Maria Elena G. Macario Foundation.

Objectives:

As a Native American, I am claiming and seek to repossess, among others, all the geothermal resources, in the Philippines that my late wife Maria Elena G. Macario discovered and explored. (See: https://nedmacario.wordpress.com/stanford-university-ms-petroleum-engineering-report-by-ma-elena-g-macario/ / https://www.nedmacario.us/stanford-university-ms-petroleum-engineering-report-by-ma-elena-g-macario/)

As soon as I am granted Native American status, non-Native Americans will have the same property and other rights in the oil, gas and mineral-rich Philippines as they have here in the continental U.S.A. Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. territories.

Education and Religion: Historical review and research. I found out 51 Medal of Honor recipients who won the distinction defending and liberating the Philippines in WWII are virtually unknown in the Philippines and the U.S. (See: https://www.nedmacario.us/2015/12/21/wwii-in-the-philippines-medal-of-honor-recipients-v-50-richest-filipinos-of-2015/ ) Giving thanks is the basic foundation of most if not all religions.

Lessening the burdens of government: Much of this can be found in my Remote Viewing section. (See: https://nedmacario.wordpress.com/category/remote-viewing/ ). On economic and financial topics domestic as well as international, my assessments and recommendations can be found in this post: Happy Birthday America! (See: https://www.nedmacario.us/2014/07/05/happy-birthday-america/)

Fourth of July 2019: 73rd Anniversary When Filipinos Lost Their US Nationality

July 4, 2019 – Today is the 73rd anniversary of the Treaty of Manila,  formally the Treaty of General Relations and Protocol. The USA agreed to relinquished its sovereignty over the Philippine Territory and recognized the independence of the Republic of the Philippines. US High Commissioner Paul V. McNutt represented the US while Commonwealth President Manuel A. Roxas “represented the Philippines”.

Treaty of Manila                                                                                                                             https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Treaty_of_Manila_(1946)

The problem here is the fact that there was no plebiscite or referendum held asking the Filipino people if we wanted to give up our U.S. nationality, secede from the union with the U.S.A. and become Filipino citizens.

The fact is Manuel A. Roxas was a US Army Brigadier general who was trying to avoid military justice for collaborating with the Japanese during WWII.

Roxas with Col. N. Jimbo; Ickes asks Roxas his stand 07-22-1946 - Macario Foundation p1v. 11-05-18 - LAUREL IN PLEA CALLS ROXAS COLLABORATOR - New York Times 09-06-1946Even after puppet president Jose Laurel outed Brig. Gen. Manuel A. Roxas as a collaborator, the US Senate nonetheless went ahead and ratified the Treaty of Manila on Oct. 22, 1946!

RESULTS OF THE FIVE (5) PLEBISCITES PUERTO RICANS HELD ON INDEPENDENCE, TERRITORIAL AUTONOMY AND STATEHOOD

Excerpt: “Philippines & Puerto Rico
The Philippines and Puerto Rico both became US territories in the aftermath of the Spanish-American War [1898]. The Philippines through a plebiscite allegedly marked with fraud, opted for independence in 1946, despite Manila being the second most-devastated allied city in World War II–Warsaw being the first. (CORRECTION: There never was a plebiscite asking our parents & grandparents the Filipino people if they wanted to give up their US nationality, secede from the union (USA) and become Filipino citizens. BM – Nov. 9, 2012)

So, should Puerto Rico be offered independence and the Philippine regions be given the option to revert back to a US Commonwealth? Now after 60 years, billions of dollars of aid from US taxpayers and loans from the IMF-World Bank, the Philippines is still a developing country! If you have a student still in high school or college after say 20 years, don’t you think it’s time to have the student or students examined for the possibility that such student is mentally handicapped and in need of special education, care and attention?

But the Philippines is really one small region composed of several nations. This may explain why it is almost impossible to unite the islands and why Spanish colonial authorities found it easier to divide and
conquer a readily divided archipelago.

During the Spanish regime, passports were required for locals who would travel from one region to another, even on the island of Luzon.

From 1946 to the present, except for Pres. Estrada’s short-lived term, the Philippines never had a Tagalog or Bicol president. And the most marginalized group are the Tagalogs and Bicols.I think it is time to give these various groups a choice whether they would want the status quo or independence. Doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result is insanity. The various peoples of the Philippines must be allowed to chose. Free will is the basis of democracy.

The eight distinct Philippine languages are Tagalog, Bicol (very similar to the Maori language of New Zealand), Ilokano, Pangasinan, Kapangpang, Ilonggo, Waray, Cebuano. Each of these nations has their own separate epic poems written in their own respective languages.

Below is the WAIS post on what turned out to be the fourth referendum asking Puerto Ricans if they wish to be independent, remain a territory or become a state(?). Apparently Puerto Ricans are not familiar how a U.S. territory becomes a state.

At one time former Speaker Nancy Pelosi as one of the top spender in the US House of Representatives was discussed in the Forum.

According to the report below it was the non-voting delegate from Puerto Rico who was the biggest spender last year who beat Rep. Nancy Pelosi.

WAIS - Puerto Rico in Default (Bienvenido Macario, USA, 08-04-15); Birthday greetings to Pres. Bill Clinton 08-19-2015

Things happen for a reason. Had the Philippines remained a U.S. territory after WWII, we would have federally funded abortion; same sex marriage would now be legal in the Philippines, a conservative predominantly Roman Catholic country.

Excerpt: “This is another reason I would rather associate my ancestral land, the Philippines, with the UK and most important of all, as a realm country. We have to remember Puerto Rico, Guam and the Philippines were all ceded by Spain to the US for $20 million in 1898.

Why would the financial fate of the Philippines be any different from that of Puerto Rico today or Guam if it remained a US Territory after WWII?”

Puerto Rico in Default (Bienvenido Macario, USA, 08/04/15 11:00 am)

This image has an empty alt attribute; its file name is Treaty-of-Paris-1898-Library-of-Congress-Macario-Foundation-v2-11-11-18-791x1024.jpgAbove is the 1898 Treaty of Paris whereby Spain ceded the Philippines, the main subject of the treaty, along with Puerto Rico and Guam to the U.S.A for $20 million. Puerto Rico and Guam remain U.S. territories to this day.

Below, once again are the results of five (5) plebiscites and referendum Puerto Ricans held on independence, territorial autonomy and statehood.

How come the Filipino people were never asked even when the so-called Commonwealth was created in 1934 and when the Philippines was granted independence 73 years ago today, July 4, 1946 if we wanted to give up our US nationality, secede from the US and become independent as Filipino citizens?

It was the US Senate of the 79th Congress who introduced the total disregard to due process.

The Coming Generation War: Politics Explained In One Picture

June 19, 2019 Happy Anniversary

The Atlantic:  The Coming Generation War*

The Democrats are rapidly becoming the party of the young—and the consequences could be profound.

MAY 6, 2019

Niall Ferguson

Co-director of the Harvard Kennedy School’s Applied History Project

Eyck Freymann – Research analyst at Greenmantle

https://www.theatlantic.com/ideas/archive/2019/05/coming-generation-war/588670/

Franklin D. Roosevelt in 1934 (ASSOCIATED PRESS)

Ferguson, Freymann: “A generational division is growing in American politics that could prove more important than the cleavages of race and class, which are the more traditional focuses of political analysis.”

https://www.theatlantic.com/ideas/archive/2019/05/coming-generation-war/588670/

* My guess is the coming confrontation will be between the American people and the manipulative political system that’s failing as the burgeoning national debt shows.

The American people will start questioning the political system if they are all made aware that:

1.) Full disclosure about a candidate’s past is not revealed until way after the person has been elected. That’s not an open election.

2.) Elected and re-elected politicians are not held to the very campaign promises that got them elected. (Example: AOC’s green promise. Is that even feasible?)  That’s not a fair and open election.

3.) Members of Congress do not live under the very laws they have made. This is why politicians rarely care about the unintended consequences of the laws they’ve passed or if these laws solved the problems they were working on.

4.) No one from among the three branches of government cares enough about the growing national debt to speak out and do something about it. Americans born today will be paying their share of a pile of debts incurred before they were born!

This is aristocracy, not democracy.  Aristocracy is a form of government that places power in the hands of a small, privileged ruling class, the members of Congress. What about the POTUS? Let me repeat. The POTUS merely executes the laws passed by Congress. This is why the POTUS is referred to as the executive branch.

Proposed solutions:

  1. Candidates must comply to a discovery process, the same process in litigation where parties to a lawsuit can get the evidence, admissions and documents from the other party or parties, if necessary, by court order. Remember Obama’s birth certificate? If we have this discovery process then, Obama would have had to present his birth certificate even before filing for his candidacy for the US Senate. How about Pres. Trump’s alleged involvement with a porno star that came out after he was elected?

Discovery From Wikipedia: Discovery, in the law of common law jurisdictions, is a pre-trial procedure in a lawsuit in which each party, through the law of civil procedure, can obtain evidence from the other party or parties by means of discovery devices such as interrogatories, requests for production of documents, requests for admissions and depositions.[2] Discovery can be obtained from non-parties using subpoenas. When a discovery request is objected to, the requesting party may seek the assistance of the court by filing a motion to compel discovery.[3]

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Discovery_(law)

Campaign Promises

Presidential hopeful Bernie Sanders became popular with his

promise of free education. But how he is going to deliver that unless college professors are paid the salaries of public high school teachers! Free education means the college graduates do not have to pay a single penny back to the.

A truly independent and transparent socioeconomic and financial board should be formed to examine and qualify campaign promises of candidates. A performance bond perhaps should be required. The implementation of campaign promises should be monitored by an independent and transparent body. Since American politicians do not have the habit of resigning when campaign promises are broken, there should be a provision for recall for non-performance of the campaign promises. Otherwise, politicians will keep on saying what voters would like to hear, just to get elected.

Bills must be subjected to a socioeconomic environmental, financial impact tests and studies that will exam the possible downside of every bill before it is even deliberated. The special retirement and healthcare of the members of Congress should be abolished. They should get the same retirement and healthcare as everyone else or get it on their own.

National Debt

Congress should pass a law requiring the POTUS to give a status report on the national debt during his state of the union address. Why do we call it state of the union address when the national debt is not even mentioned?

“What if the left wing and the right wing belong to the same bird?”
