For Dec. 2019, I planned to posting the remote viewing on the twin bombings in Volgograd Russia in Dec. 2013, before the Winter Olympics, in Sochi. There were other RV’s on the events in the domestic front involving uniforms. But for 2019 the rocket attack on K1 military base outside Kirkuk, Iraq came up.
Anyway, I’m posting my handwritten notes for the Volgograd bombings anda couple of events, stateside involving an interstate chase of a bank robber who was eventually killed somewhere in Arizona. I have his physical description in one of my email updates or handwritten notes. I think he was the bald one. Sorry, I got it all mixed up. The RV of the incident involving a bank robber(s) who crossed state lines and was killed or captured in Arizona happened about the same time as the RVing on Tunis Museum attack, the crash of Germanwings Fl 9525 and the Mesa shooting in 2015. My apologies for any inconvenience.I forgot, these things usually come in sets of three (3).
Dec. 8 to 19, 2013 – Handwritten notes of my RV work for the Volgograd bombings, among others. Initially there were 3 planned bombings the 3rd was intended for the first responders. Abstract – In July 1995 the CIA declassified, and approved
for release, documents revealing its sponsorship in the 1970s of a program at
Stanford Research Institute in Menlo Park, CA, to determine whether
such phenomena as remote viewing “might have any utility for intelligence
collection” [1]. Thus began disclosure to the public of a two-decade-plus
involvement of the intelligence community in the investigation of so-called parapsychological or psi phenomena.
Presented here by the program’s Founder and first Director (1972 – 1985) is the
early history of the program, including discussion of some of the first, now
declassified, results that drove early interest.
Introduction
On April 17, 1995, President Clinton issued
Executive Order Nr. 1995-4-17, entitled Classified National Security Information. Although in
one sense the order simply reaffirmed much of what has been long-standing
policy, in another sense there was a clear shift toward more openness. In the
opening paragraph, for example, we read: “In recent years, however,
dramatic changes have altered, although not eliminated, the national security
threats that we confront. These changes provide a greater opportunity to
emphasize our commitment to open Government.” In the Classification
Standards section of the Order this commitment is operationalized by phrases
such as “If there is significant doubt about the need to classify
information, it shall not be classified.” Later in the document, in
reference to information that requires continued protection, there even appears
the remarkable phrase “In some exceptional cases,
however, the need to protect such information may be outweighed by the public
interest in disclosure of the information, and in these cases the information
should be declassified.”
A major fallout of this reframing of attitude toward classification is that
there is enormous pressure on those charged with maintaining security to work
hard at being responsive to reasonable requests for disclosure. One of the
results is that FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) requests that have languished
for months to years are suddenly being acted upon.1
One outcome of this change in policy is the government’s recent admission of
its two-decade-plus involvement in funding highly-classified, special access
programs in remote viewing (RV) and related psi
phenomena, first at Stanford Research Institute (SRI) and then at
Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), both in Menlo Park, CA,
supplemented by various in-house government programs. Although almost all of the documentation remains yet classified, in
July 1995 270 pages of SRI reports were declassified and released by the CIA, the program’s first
sponsor [2]. Thus, although through the years columns by Jack
Anderson and others had claimed leaks of “psychic spy” programs with such
exotic names as Grill Flame, Center Lane, Sunstreak and Star Gate, CIA’s release of the SRI reports constitutes the first documented
public admission of significant intelligence community involvement in the psi
area. As a consequence of the above, although
I had founded the program in early 1972, and had acted as its Director until I
left in 1985 to head up the Institute for Advanced Studies at Austin (at
which point my colleague Ed May assumed responsibility as Director), it was not until 1995 that I found myself for the first time able to utter
in a single sentence the connected acronyms CIA/SRI/RV. In this
report I discuss the genesis of the program, report on some of the early, now
declassified, results that drove early interest, and outline the general
direction the program took as it expanded into a multi-year, multi-site,
multi-million-dollar effort to determine whether such phenomena as remote
viewing “might have any utility for intelligence collection” [1].
Beginnings
In early 1972 I was involved in laser research
atStanford Research Institute (now called SRI International) in Menlo
Park, CA. At that time I was also circulating a proposal to obtain a small
grant for some research in quantum biology. In that proposal I had raised the
issue whether physical theory as we knew it was capable of describing life
processes and had suggested some measurements involving plants and lower
organisms [3]. This proposal was widely circulated, and a copy was sent to
Cleve Backster in New York City who was involved in measuring the electrical
activity of plants with standard polygraph equipment. New York artist Ingo
Swann chanced to see my proposal during a visit to Backster’s lab, and
wrote me suggesting that if I were interested in investigating the boundary
between the physics of the animate and inanimate, I should consider experiments
of the parapsychological type. Swann then went on to describe some
apparently successful experiments in psychokinesis in which he had
participated at Prof. Gertrude Schmeidler’s laboratory at the City College of
New York. As a result of this correspondence I invited him to visit
SRI for a week in June 1972 to demonstrate such effects, frankly, as much out
of personal scientific curiosity as anything else.

classified but I was the first western remote viewer to study soviet methods which
were taught in Russian Tibet at the Invoginsky datsan. Basically, Russian
remote viewing is based on Lung gom pa (The Tibetan Science of
Lightness) Tumo breathing in the dark etc.! I like Israeli methods as
well. I think Nostradamus understood their ancient root.
Most of
the Anunna.ki mining sitesI have located and remote viewed still have
gold deposits nearby. This has helped me fund Psy^6 projects. The Invoginsky datsan is important to
Tibetans due to alchemy teachings. I was there in ‘92 when the Dalai Lama came
to visit.

(Build-Operate-Turnover) contract.
At that time, the Philippines was going
through the worst power crisis ever caused by the Cory Aquino government’s
refusal to operate the Bataan Nuclear Power Plant.

was Magma Power Corporation’s first successful venture outside the U.S.(Magma was later bought by CalEnergy and later merged with
Warren Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway Energy.)
**It
was the World Bank’s first time to fund and be involved in a geothermal power
plant and transmission project.
**It
was the first time Philippines’ PNOC-EDC ever dealt with a foreign corporation.

Forward Operating Base Chapman, often referred to simply as “Khowst,” were to
meet with the asset in person for the first time and conduct a full
debriefing.
It became the deadliest attack against the CIA

obtained documents dated February 2006 or prior to the botched signing of the Memorandum
of Agreement on Ancestral Domain (MoA-AD) on Aug. 5, 2008 showing extensive
reference to the untapped rich mineral resources of Mindanao and tensions in
the region which hinder the exploitation of these resources.
The
leaked cable from the US embassy in Manila made particular reference to the
so-called Liguasan Marsh in the Cotabato Basin spanning 288,000 hectares and is
among areas controlled by the MILF.
The Department of
Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) has already identified natural gas and
oil deposits in three areas of Mindanao and the Sulu Archipelago: the Cotabato
Basin, the Davao-Agusan Basin; and an area straddling Tawi-Tawi and Sulu. The
Cotabato Basin, notably, includes the 288,000 hectare Liguasan Marsh,
straddling the provinces of Maguindanao, North Cotabato, and Sultan Kudurat,
according to the cable.

– Compensation for the victims of WORLD WAR II MASSACRES: Among others, Bataan Death March: Pantingan River Massacre
April 12, 1942: Remuneration,
reparations and restitution for Japanese atrocities in the Philippines during
WWII, among others, the massacre of 350 to 400 Filipino soldiers of mostly from
the 91st Division of the USAFFE on April 12, 1942. As a monarchist, this claim
is actually quite favorable to His Majesty, the Emperor of Japan and the
Japanese people.

Massacres with focus on the massacres that occurred between December 1944 to
March 1945, and specifically the execution of about 50 suspected guerrillas
including Brig. Gen. Vicente Lim USMA 1914 on Dec. 31, 1944 at the Chinese

d) Los Baños
Massacre Feb. 1945 – The highly successful raid on Los Baños prison camp on
Feb. 23, 1945, conducted by elements of the 11th Airborne Division and Hunters
ROTC guerrillas liberated 2,147 Allied civilian and military internees from
University of Philippines at Los Baños an agricultural school campus turned
Japanese internment camp. One of Japanese who escaped when the liberators
attacked, Lt. Sadaaki Konishi, Imperial Japanese Army, came back a few days
later,
with reinforcements. Finding all the POWs gone he
vented his rage on the people in nearby towns and massacred some 1,500 men,
women, and children which they suspected of collaborating with the liberators. Konishi was
later tried for war crimes and convicted in the Philippines (1946-1947) and
hanged in Japan.

e) Batangas Massacre
– From 9 October 1944 to 1 May 1945,
Japanese soldiers massacred up to 25,000 mostly civilians in Batangas
province.

World Bank Loans to the Philippines from Oct. 2011 to July 2013 totaling $4
billion for disaster preparation and recovery. When Typhoon Haiyan devastated
Central Philippines on Nov. 8, 2013, there were no preparations. During the
rescue and recovery efforts, it became obvious that there were no funds for the
relief of the typhoon victims. Thousands of dead bodies littered the disaster
area for weeks, even months after the typhoon.

“Worse, the World Bank gave a $3.7 billion loan to the Philippines in October
2011 and another $300 million last July 13, 2013. There might be other loans,
grants, and aid I am not aware of. I’ve excluded the $150 million donations
from the international community for the typhoon (Haiyan) relief efforts.
The
Philippines is a former US territory and this country has a special
responsibility to those islands and its people. We should stop funding
oppression and the undemocratic oligarchy in the Philippines, withdraw our
Ambassador and encourage others to do the same.

Benguet Consolidated Mines, San Miguel Corporation and other companies,
corporations and entities, rehabilitated after WWII, using U.S. Assistance and
other funding including U.S. and Japanese war reparations in cash or in kind
such as ships and equipment including grants, loans or other creative funding. Benguet Consolidated Mines received $6
million while other American-owned businesses received $150 million in 1946.
Eventually the oligarchs took over the American-owned businesses.

with the Marcoses.
Featuring: SEVEN Canaletto paintings of Venice,
plus 122 other priceless oil paintings by Italian Masters valued at least £18.6
million.
On Feb. 25, 1986, Marcos was toppled by
“People Power” and Cory Aquino became de-facto president by 1987 Cory Aquino
formed the PCGG Presidential Commission on Good Government, in charge of
recovering ill-gotten wealth from the Marcoses, their relatives, cronies and
politicians. Among the “recovered”
assets from the Marcoses were seven (7) Canaletto paintings of Venice and 122
other priceless paintings by Italian Masters.
In 2005 Ricardo Abcede was appointed the new PCGG Chairman who rushed the sale of these
priceless paintings sold the same at Christie’s of London for
$16 million.
Later, on July 7, 2005, The Guardian
reported that Christie’s of London sold one Canaletto painting for $11.5
million. Art Daily News said another Canaletto painting as being sold at $20
million. All together the Canaletto paintings and 122 other oil paintings were
sold by Christie’s of London at an estimated price from $1 billion to $1.6
billion.

and after the war ended, he decided to stay.

people: A Marcos crony and former golfing partner Hernando Disini left the
Philippines with the $50.56 million commission/kickbacks for the Bataan
Nuclear Power Plant deal. Disini sought refuge in Austria.
26. d) Still other monies and funds
found their way to Russia that Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo tried but failed to
retrieve. Her brother-in-law Iggy Arroyo deposited funds in a UK bank
around 2009. In 2004 Philippine Daily Tribune reported that Iggy Arroyo’s net
worth was placed at $5,196,428.57 while First Gentleman Mike Arroyo at $1.5
million. In late Aug. 2011 Iggy Arroyo went back to London. He died of cancer
in Jan. 2012.
“In
a telephone interview Friday with the Philippine Daily Inquirer in Bacolod
City, Iggy Arroyo said he was confined in a hospital in London for a
checkup on his liver and surgery to repair his hipbone. He said he first had
hip surgery 12 years ago.”
I don’t
think Aquino III is after any Corona’s, the Arroyos’ or Marcoses assets in the

This was posted on Dec. 5, 2000. In all my studies and reading, this is one I will never forget. The work started late Nov. 2000. I worked on this continuously for three day and three nights without sleeping (72 hours) and it is not finished. I asked Prof. Hilton to help me finish this worked. It was so difficult that I’ve decided to keep all my references and bought replacements so that I won’t have to use copies of those books ever again. They shall be the souvenir of that work.
I promised to do a similar work every Christmas. It’s done but not submitted or posted. Anybody who wants to help?

So-called Christmas is nigh. The first Christmas card has arrived. In the US, stores are already waging their sales battles to welcome the Prince of Peace. Spain, thank God, has not erased the meaning of the Christmas season. It is about to celebrate the feast of the Immaculate Conception, December 8.which refers to the dogma that not only was the Virgin Mary immaculate but so was her mother Anne. Pope Pius IX in the nineteenth century made it an official dogma of the Church, and the Spanish government required professors to take an oath swearing that they believed this dogma. Many refused to do so, and were compelled to resign. As Spaniards rush to resort towns for a long week end in celebration, I wonder how many remember this polemic. Spain has semi-secularized the holiday by renaming it Feast of the Constitution and the Immaculate Conception (in that order) in honor of the December 6, 1978 referendum which approved the constitution under which Spain is now governed. To make the public realize the benefits of that constitution, parliament held open house for two days. Long lines waited to get in and were rewarded with a chance to sit in the seats and feel like deputies. A splendid public relations gesture.
Germany began celebrating Christmas with a display in Nuremberg of mechanical Jesuses which had as much relation to the real Jesus as the mechanical man, the latest triumph of Japanese technology, has to a man of flesh and bones. Nuremberg has been restored to its place as the toy capital of Germany. The public celebrated the season with the usual sausages and beer.
We can look forward to the posadas of Mexico.

THE TWELVE DAYS OF CHRISTMAS
Henry VIII of England, vexed at the refusal of Pope Clement VII to annul his marriage to Catherine of Aragon, induced Parliament to enact a series of statutes denying the pope any power or jurisdiction over the Church of England. After Henry’s death, the influence of religious reform was felt more strongly in England, and in 1549 the first Anglican Book of Common Prayer was published. Its use was required of the English clergy by an Act of Uniformity. The second prayer book, reflecting more strongly the influence of continental Protestantism, was issued in 1552 and was followed shortly by the Forty-two Articles, a doctrinal statement similar in tone. Both were swept away upon the accession (1553) of Mary I (Bloody Mary) , who returned England to a formal obedience to the papacy that lasted until her death in 1558. Then began the persecution of Catholics The clandestine recital of the Catholic faith in England by publicly singing Twelve Days of Christmas ran effectively from 1558 through 1829. The six geese a-laying, stand for the six days of creation.
Seven swans a-swimming, represent the sevenfold gifts of the Spirit.
The eight maids a-milking, are the eight beatitudes.
Nine ladies dancing are the nine fruits of the Spirit.
The ten lords a-leaping are the Ten Commandments.
Eleven pipers piping, represent the eleven disciples minus Judas.
Twelve drummers drumming, symbolize the 12 points of belief as enumerated in the Apostles Creed.
