On Muammar Gaddafi’s Green Book

Oct. 27, 2022

By the late 1970’s Ferdinand Marcos of the Philippines has grown weary of the secessionist war in Mindanao and sought a peace treaty with the Muslim rebels’ foreign supporter – Muammar Gaddafi. This led to the Tripoli Agreement that includes the creation of the Autonomous Region Muslim Mindanao (ARMM), composed of thirteen provinces of Mindanao. Gaddafi made his book The Green Book: Part One: The Solution to the Problem of Democracy (The Authority of the People) required reading. When I was in the Philippines my friend gave me a copy and asked me to do a book report.

This is an example of a non-RV gig I did alone. I’ve often worked alone until a few years back when I’ve started worked with someone close, personal basis, on varied tasks and for quite a long time. But it looks like I’ll be working alone again.

For this Marcos gave me a wrist watch. Inscribed at the back of the wrist watch was: “Best Wishes. Pres. & Mrs. F.E. Marcos” Here:

With regards to a quasi-RV gig I did solo, a lot people might have forgotten the Doomsday prophecy for Dec. 21, 2012
