Sept. 6, 2020 – Nine years (9) ago today , I sought dominion status for our ancestral land the Philippines.
May I reiterate that I, Bienvenido Macario, as a Native American CANZUK Monarchist with British and U.S. nationality hereby seek the establishment of a government-in-exile for my ancestral land, the oil, gas and minerals-rich Philippines based in London, U.K. It shall be a Freely Associated State under the protection and dominion of HM Queen Elizabeth II.
I seek the recovery, rehabilitation and administration of our ancestral land, the Philippines, an abandoned U.S. territory, through a Royal Charter under the personal protection and dominion of HM Queen Elizabeth II.

Whereas, I, Bienvenido Macario has sought and continue to seek the repossession of our ancestral lands i.e. the entire Philippines; Native American status and representation before the U.S. Congress, still to no avail.
Whereas, the speech by HRH The Prince of Wales to the Future of Food Conference in Georgetown University, Washington DC on 04 May 2011, seeking to address the problem of sustainable food supply, the solution being with the U.S. Congress coincide, match and tally the very goals aforementioned.
Whereas, due to the socioeconomic and political imperatives the improvement of which are of no consequence to the preservation and restoration of wildlife and the environment throughout the Philippine archipelago, I hereby seek dominion status for the Philippines under the United Kingdom as indicated in my prayer request at St. George’s Chapel, Windsor Castle on 3rd Aug. 2011.
God save the Queen! God save the Royal Family!

PHOTO: The ticket to Windsor Castle dated 3 Aug. where in St. George’s Chapel I wrote a prayer for the eternal repose of Maria Elena G. Macario’s soul and the repossession of my ancestral land, the Philippines, as a Native American under the protection and domain of HM Queen Elizabeth II.
Please note that my 3 Aug. 2011 visit to Windsor Castle and submission of my above prayer occurred exactly three (3) weeks before WIKILeaks exposed and published the stolen communication from the US Embassy in Manila on 24 Aug. 2011, confirming the $1-Trillion dollar untapped mineral resources on the island of Mindanao.
Excerpt: “Wikileaks obtained documents dated February 2006 or prior to the botched signing of the Memorandum of Agreement on Ancestral Domain (MoA-AD) on Aug. 5, 2008 showing extensive reference to the untapped rich mineral resources of Mindanao and tensions in the region which hinder the exploitation of these resources.
The leaked cable from the US embassy in Manila made particular reference to the so-called Liguasan Marsh in the Cotabato Basin spanning 288,000 hectares and is among areas controlled by the MILF.”

The Legal Effect of the Acquisition of the Philippine Islands – University of Pennsylvania, April 1900
This is the document that says Filipinos are in fact Native Americans. Allow me to proceed to the conclusion at the last paragraph of the Law Review: Last paragraph of the Law Review p.210: “The Legal Effect of the Acquisition of the Philippine Islands – April 1900”
Excerpt:
“Let (the US) Congress grant citizenship indiscriminately to the white, black, yellow and brown races of the Philippine Islands, and questionably they will then have no power to exclude them from coming to the (U.S.) continent or from the enjoyment of any other constitutional right or privilege, but until such legislation, but until such legislation by Congress, the Constitution of the United States extends no greater priviliges to the peoples of the Philippine Islands than to the savage tribes of Alaska.”

This is why I have been seeking Native American status. Let’s make it simple. .
When I am officially recognized as a Native American from the Philippines: 1.) NON-NATIVE AMERICANS WILL HAVE THE SAME PROPERTY RIGHTS IN THE Philippines as they now have in mainland U.S.A., Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. territories. Of course Native Americans will be tax-exempt.
So why would the American people deny me Native American status?
2.) When the Philippine territory is restored, we could take over existing factories, build new ones or relocate from elsewhere and products of these factories are rightfully “Made in the U.S.A.”
3.) This is the only opportunity I know whereby the proverbial cavalry, nay, the 11th Airborne Division will come to the rescue of Native Americans.
And last but not least, we shall make the entire Philippines an American Battle Monument, so help us God!

Here’s Another good reason why I seek Native American status. It’s a lot easier to explain my position, from the Native American point of view.

John Dunbar: [at the celebration of the buffalo feast, noticing a big Sioux man has his Lieutenant’s hat] That’s my hat… that’s my hat!
Big Warrior: [in Lakota, as all becomes quiet in the tent] I found it on the praIrie. It’s mine.
Wind In His Hair: [stands up, in Lakota] The hat belongs to Lieutenant.
Big Warrior: He left it on the prarie. He didn’t want it. [AMERICA ABANDONED THE PHILIPPINES, OK? AND I’VE ALREADY CLAIMED IT BACK AND MADE ARRANGEMENTS FOR ITS CARETAKER.]
Wind In His Hair: Well, you can see he wants it now. We all know it’s a soldier hat. We all know who wears it. If you want to keep it, that’s fine. BUT GIVE SOMETHING FOR IT. [I’VE ALREADY GIVEN SOMETHING AND CONTINUE TO GIVE. BUT WILL CONSIDER GIVING SOME MORE. LET’S NEGOTIATE. Bienvenido Macario Lemuria]
[Big Warrior looks at the Sioux elder who nods in approval. Then Big Warrior takes his knife and sheath off his belt and gives it to Dunbar]
Big Warrior: Washte.
John Dunbar: Washte
Wind In His Hair: [in English, to Dunbar] Good… trade!

This article about the killing of more than 20 C.I.A. assets in China that happened from late Dec. 2010 up to the end of 2012 was not published until May 20, 2017 more than six (6) years after the Chinese government started taking down C.I.A. spying operations in China.
Excerpt: “WASHINGTON — The Chinese government systematically dismantled C.I.A. spying operations in the country starting in 2010, killing or imprisoning more than a dozen sources over two years (through the end of 2012) and crippling intelligence gathering there for years afterward.
Current and former American officials described the intelligence breach as one of the worst in decades. It set off a scramble in Washington’s intelligence and law enforcement agencies to contain the fallout, but investigators were bitterly divided over the cause. Some were convinced that a mole within the C.I.A. had betrayed the United States. Others believed that the Chinese had hacked the covert system the C.I.A. used to communicate with its foreign sources. Years later, that debate remains unresolved.
But there was no disagreement about the damage. ^^From the final weeks of 2010 through the end of 2012^^, according to former American officials, the Chinese killed at least a dozen of the C.I.A.’s sources. According to three of the officials, one was shot in front of his colleagues in the courtyard of a government building — a message to others who might have been working for the C.I.A.

Then on Tue. Jan. 16, 2018 the arrest of Jerry Chun Shing Lee a former C.I.A. officer was published. He was arrested the day before (Mon. Jan. 15, 2018) as he arrived at the JFK International Airport. In 2012 the F.B.I. found classified material in Lee’s notebooks. It is still not clear why the F.B.I. did not arrest Lee. Is it possible the F.B.I. wanted to frame someone else and let Jerry Chung Shing Lee off the hook?
“On Tue. Jan. 16, 2018, NY Times reported the arrest (the previous day Mon. Jan. 15) of ex-CIA Officer Jerry Chun Shing Lee at JFK as he arrived from Hong Kong where he retired.
The mole hunt eventually zeroed in on a former agency operative who had worked in the C.I.A.’s division overseeing China, believing he was most likely responsible for the crippling disclosures. But efforts to gather enough evidence to arrest him failed, and *he is now living in another Asian country*, current and former officials said.”
(This is why I’ve been very suspicious of those asking me to go back to the Philippines but refuse to pay my fare. Friends told me not to go to the Philippines. Instead I went to London in 2011.)

Why the F.B.I. did not arrest Mr. Lee after originally finding the classified material in his notebooks (in 2012) remains unclear. The F.B.I. declined to comment.
The arrest of the former officer, Jerry Chun Shing Lee, 53, capped an intense F.B.I. inquiry that began around 2012, two years after the C.I.A. began losing its informants in China. Investigators confronted an enduring mystery: How did the names of so many C.I.A. sources, among the agency’s most dearly held secrets, end up in Chinese hands?
Some intelligence officials believed that a mole inside the C.I.A. was exposing its roster of informants. Others thought that the Chinese government had hacked the C.I.A.’s covert communications used to talk to foreign sources of information.

Ex-C.I.A. Officer Suspected of Compromising Chinese Informants Is Arrested

Let me reiterate, in July 2011 Drake and I went to England to attend the Hilton Centennial WAIS Conference. We stayed in London after the conference. That was exactly one year before the 2012 Olympics.
And then this is one came out Fri. Jan. 19, 2018
Per a secret FBI-CIA task force’s conclusion, Chinese government penetrated the CIA’s communication system with its spies & assets causing the arrest and execution of at least 20 CIA informants. And may have shared the knowledge with Russia.
“The mole hunt eventually zeroed in on a former agency operative who had worked in the C.I.A.’s division overseeing China, believing he was most likely responsible for the crippling disclosures. But efforts to gather enough evidence to arrest him failed, and ***he is now living in another Asian country***, current and former officials said.

“No single officer had access to all of them,” one official said.
