Missing in this map are Pangasinan and Kapangpangan i.e. the provinces of Pampanga & Tarlac, the ancestral lands of Macapagal-Arroyo and Benigno Aquino III respectively. Pampanga, Tarlac and Pangasinan is between the Ilocos and Tagalog regions probably in the green area.
