A Brief History of the Korean War
(How the U.S. Congress started the Korean War)

Dedicated to U.S. and allied soldiers who fought in the Korean War.

In the interest of peace and progress, perhaps it is not a bad idea to poll every word that will come out of our politicians especially those in the U.S. Congress involved with foreign relations.

How many U.S. educators, historians and politicians know this version of the Korean War and American involvement in the Korean Peninsula?

Next allow me to discuss the Spratlys issue or the South China Sea dispute. (China’s land resource grabbing from a U.S. Territory, the Philippines.)

May 2, 1950 US Sen. TOM CONNALLY (TX – D), Chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee explicitly stated in a speech that “RUSSIA COULD TAKE SOUTH KOREA AT HER CONVENIENCE & THE U.S. PROBABLY WOULD NOT INTERVENE because Korea is outside the U.S.’ defense perimeter like Formosa.”

The People's Republic of China (PROC) wasn't formed until 1 Oct. 1950.

I am a Native American and I have superior claim over the Spratlys and the Philippines because the Philippines, my ancestral land, is in fact an abandoned U.S. territory. Yet today, ethnic Chinese and ethnic Spaniards control its economy and resources with the blessings of Washington DC.

The fact the other Filipinos and Americans including historians, professors, scholars, journalists, business and political leaders are unfamiliar with our history is not my fault. These data are available for all to see. American democracy and the rule of the majority do not apply in this case.

Here is why I have superior claim over all others:

– The People’s Republic of China (PROC) did not exist until 1 Oct. 1950.
– Malaysia did not exist until 31 Aug. 1957.
– Singapore of today did not exist until 9 August 1965. Singapore joined the Malayan Federation on 16 Sept. 1963 but was expelled on 9 Aug. 1965. This is Singapore’s Independence day.
– The Socialist Republic of Vietnam did not exist until 2 July 1976.
– The Philippine republic founded in 1946 by virtue of the Treaty of Manila is null & void. No referendum was held asking the Filipino people if they wanted to secede from the union (U.S.).

In the same way in 1990 during Pres. Cory Aquino administration, no referendum was held asking the Filipino people if they wanted to get rid of the US military bases. It was decided by 24 Filipino senators.

In 1898, Spain ceded Puerto Rico, Guam and the Philippines to the U.S. for $20 million. This is why those islands, reefs and atolls in the South China Sea have names like Spratlys, Jackson Atoll, Mischief Reef, Half Moon Shoals, Pigeon Reef, Alison Reef.

However the U.S. abandoned the Philippines three times and I promptly claimed the same. While the Philippines and Guam were both occupied by Japan in WWII, Guam was retained as a U.S. territory after its liberation on 20 July 1944.

So much for the Pledge of Allegiance’s “one nation under God, INDIVISIBLE”, it does not apply to the Philippines.
